Our Thailand retreat is hosted at Satva Samui in Lipa Noi, on the quiet west coast of Koh Samui. Calm shallow sea, long sunsets and none of the noise of the island’s east side set the tone.
This is the same venue where our 200-hour teacher training in Thailand takes place, so we know the space, the kitchen and the rhythm of the days well. Being here, away from noise and notifications, lets the practice land differently. Deeper. Slower. More real.
Koh Samui gives you the sea on your doorstep, and the retreat gives you seven days with it: morning practice as the sun comes up, breath work and meditation, afternoons free for the beach or the water, and an evening session as the sun sets over the Gulf of Thailand.
You practise with Yoga Nisarga’s teachers from India, so the yoga is taught the way it is taught at home, on an island that makes slowing down easy.
Mindful meditation help connect deeply with your thought.
Authentic yoga guidance from experienced teachers.
Every retreat is led by Yoga Nisarga’s own teachers from India, the same faculty that runs our 200-hour teacher training in Koh Samui. Expect Hatha and Ashtanga-based practice, pranayama and guided meditation, taught in small groups so nobody is a face in the crowd.

Our venue, Satva Samui in Lipa Noi: a beachside retreat centre on Koh Samui’s west coast, home to our Thailand teacher trainings and retreats.
The sea becomes the focal point for practice here. Morning classes start with the sunrise, the afternoon is yours for the beach, and the evening session closes the day with the west coast’s famous sunset.
Lipa Noi is the island’s quiet side. The stillness outside helps create stillness inside, and that is not something you can manufacture in a studio.
During the retreat you will enjoy wholesome vegetarian meals prepared with awareness and care. Inspired by sattvic living and Thai produce, the food is designed to nourish the body, calm the mind and support inner balance.
